Delete Your Gym-Rx Account

We respect your right to delete your data. This page explains how to request account and data deletion from Gym-Rx.

How to Delete Your Account

In the Gym-Rx app:

Go to Profile
Tap Settings
Tap Delete Account
Confirm the deletion when prompted

Alternatively, you can request account deletion by emailing support@cascademobile.dev with the subject line "Delete My Gym-Rx Account."

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

All personal data associated with your account
Workout logs and exercise history
Performance data and strength records
Custom exercises and workout templates
Training goals and preferences
Body weight entries and measurements
AI coaching conversation history
Subscription and purchase records linked to your identity

What Is Retained

After deletion, we may retain anonymized aggregate analytics data that is not linked to your account and cannot be used to identify you. This data is used solely to improve the app.

Retention Period

Your data is permanently deleted within 30 days of your request. During this period, your data is no longer accessible and is queued for permanent removal from all systems.
