We respect your right to delete your data. This page explains how to request account and data deletion from RE Gather.

How to Delete Your Account

Alternatively, you can request account deletion by emailing garrett@cascademobile.dev with the subject line "Delete My RE Gather Account."

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your profile and account information
• All gatherings you created (event details, menus, timelines)
• Guest lists and RSVP data for your gatherings
• Shopping lists and custom items
• Potluck item assignments
• Gathering photos you uploaded
• AI conversation history and menu suggestion cache
• Notification preferences and logs
• Subscription and purchase records linked to your identity

What Is Retained

After deletion, we may retain anonymized aggregate analytics data that is not linked to your account and cannot be used to identify you. This data is used solely to improve the app.

Recipes in the app's collection are not user data and are not affected by account deletion.

Retention Period

Your data is permanently deleted within 30 days of your request. During this period, your data is no longer accessible and is queued for permanent removal from all systems.
