Where is my data stored?

All your workout data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your workouts, exercises, or personal records. If you uninstall the app, this data is permanently deleted.

How do I cancel my subscription?

How do I delete my data?

Since all data is stored on your device, you can delete it by uninstalling the app. You can also use the "Delete My Data" option in Settings. For server-side data deletion requests, visit our account deletion page.

How does the AI Coach work?

The AI Coach uses your workout history, personal records, and training goals to provide personalized coaching advice. It requires a premium subscription and an internet connection. Your chat messages are processed by OpenAI and are not stored on our servers.

Can I export my workout data?

Yes. Go to Settings → Export Data to download your workout history.
